In Orlando, the best-known bakeries and bagel shops have lines on weekend mornings, so arrive early or order ahead where the shop offers it. Across Florida, immigrant bakeries add Mexican pan dulce, Vietnamese banh mi bread, Chinese buns, Middle Eastern sweets and European rye to the mix, and many gluten-free and vegan bakeries have opened in larger cities. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop accepts custom cake orders and its Google rating before you go, and call about allergens, since small kitchens often share equipment. Day-old bread and end-of-day discounts are common if you ask.

Orlando is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Orlando follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great chocolate, I purchased the coconut. The older lady Wednesday 4pm was so nice and welcoming. She even said I’ll be with you shortly she was will a cst. The younger male was definitely not welcoming to all. I waited patiently as he let a group of two taste almost every flavor. When they left he just stood there. No hi can I help u nothing. I said hi can I try some. He said “yea, what”. Then said you can go back out front and see all flavors from window. My husband left as I should have not realizing yet he was rude. I went came back to only get hazelnut. Then asked if I could try coconut before I buy. He gave to me and said how much I wanna spend

The store offers a great range of chocolates — I absolutely loved the products. However, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. The staff working at the store came across as rude and unwelcoming, and management should seriously look into how customers are being treated. A great product alone does not create a great customer experience. Professionalism, respect, and consistency in customer treatment matter just as much. I especially want to highlight one of the younger male staff members, whose behavior felt noticeably different depending on the customers he was interacting with. As a customer, the experience felt uncomfortable and unfair, and I genuinely hope the management takes feedback like this seriously and ensures every customer is treated respectfully regardless of background. Because of this experience, I personally would not return to the store, and I hope improvements are made in how customers are welcomed and treated. That young man working there was an Afro Latino guy - absolute rude and ridiculous. He was later directed to go inside by his manager and he had a smirk on his face as you can see from the photos

Honestly, I’m not a chocolate person but the chocolate there is absolutely to die for. I love how they sample some of their chocolates prior to shopping. The staff is knowledgeable (some chocolates are gluten free) and they are so delightful. Loved this place and will return. Special thanks to Claudia for her assistance.

I swear, the guy named Orlando is the best salesman there. Their dessert is really good, the service is excellent, and I’m coming back every time I’m in Florida. If anyone is looking for great dessert and top-notch service, go straight to the guy named Orlando — same name as the city. He’s extremely friendly.
